Subscription Terms

- You pay $4.99 for your first 7 days.
- If you don't cancel, your plan continues at $29 per month, charged on the same date each month, until you cancel.
- We email you 2 days before your first monthly charge.
- Cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel during the first 7 days, you won't be charged $29.
These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Price and introductory period
The Noeto Monthly plan starts with a 7-day introductory period for $4.99, charged when you sign up. After the introductory period ends, the plan renews automatically at $29 per month. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you live, and the exact total is shown at checkout before you pay. We may offer different introductory prices in some offers. The price that applies to you is the one shown at checkout.
2. Automatic renewal
By completing checkout, you authorize us, through our Merchant of Record Creem, to charge your payment method $29 (plus applicable tax) at the end of the introductory period and every month after that, on the same calendar date as your first monthly charge (or the closest date in shorter months), until you cancel.
3. Reminder before you're charged
We send an email to the address on your account 2 days before the introductory period ends, telling you the amount and date of your first monthly charge and how to cancel. Receipts for every charge are sent by email.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, online, without contacting us:
- in the Noeto app under Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, or
- from the customer portal link in any receipt email from Creem.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you won't be charged again. If you cancel during the introductory period, you keep access until the 7 days end and you won't be charged $29. If you have trouble canceling, email support@noeto.app and we'll cancel it for you.
5. Refunds
- First monthly charge: if you forgot to cancel and ask within 14 days of your first $29 charge, we'll refund it in full and close your subscription.
- Introductory charge: the $4.99 introductory charge is not refunded automatically when you cancel, but you can contact us if something went wrong.
- Later monthly charges: not refundable for partial months, except where required by law or if the Service did not work as described.
To request a refund, email support@noeto.app from the address on your account. Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method.
6. Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Creem may retry it for a short period. If payment still fails, your access to paid features may be paused until payment is updated.
8. No upsells after checkout
Your plan includes everything listed at checkout. We do not add paid add-ons to your order after you pay.
